The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing customers, promoting the company's financial products, and managing the complete loan process while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new customers through field visits and local market activities.
- Promote and sell Group Loans and other financial products.
- Conduct customer verification and KYC documentation.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
- Coordinate loan disbursement and ensure timely collections.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain portfolio quality.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence is preferred.
