- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and disciplining executives in assigned territories; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and stretched targets for territories in support of zonal volume and market share objectives with inputs from Zonal Sales Heads.
- Maintains and expands customer base by leading territory sales executives; building and maintaining rapport with customers and distributors; identifying new customer opportunities.
