1. Candidate is required to be flexible for work, where Shifts will be for 9 hours, including 1 hour breaks, and the timings will be from Morning 8 to evening 8. Candidate will be aligned in any shift between this 12 hours Window.
2. Candidate need to handle Inbound/Outbound Customer calls primarily, and answer their queries based on their Loans running with us. Hence, good communication skills in written as well as verbal is must. We will be providing all System and process training, as per requirement.
3. Candidates with prior experience in customer care profile will be preferred
4. Any additional language skills will be an added advantage i.e. Telegu /Tamil /Mallayam /Kannada /Gujarati /Marathi.
5. This Job is for 7 days a week with 6 weekly Offs in a month and these will be provided as per Roster shared on weekly basis.
6. Candidates with self-conveyance and staying in and near GGN are preferred, since we are not providing transport ( Pick or Drop)
7. Candidate should be flexible to adjust and get trained for any other process as well, which will be as per Organization requirement from time to time.
